Returns & Refunds

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase we have a 30-day money-back guarantee from the time you receive your goods. Please send an email to support@eceskin.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so we can resolve any issues. 

You will need to return the product/s and are responsible for the shipping costs involved. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you to use Registered Post and insure your parcel. The Clean One Collective will not be responsible or liable for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you received free shipping for your purchases, the handling and postage cost of $10 ($20 for international orders) will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
